Quick Answers!

How long should my hair be for my favorite style?

-Is your worst bridal beauty fear that you'll need to spend an eternity growing out your hair just to get it into an updo? Lets stop right this minute! You're under no obligation to grow out your hair for your wedding day! We have plenty of links to share that will give you a range of options! From clip in hair extensions to a full faux design, we've got you covered! Ask your Pomp beauty expert about which one is right for your big day!

Can I come to you for a color and cut?

-We don't do hair color or cutting. We are all licensed cosmetologists with master level knowledge of our field, which is bridal beauty. However, if you're in the Grand Rapids area we have plenty of incredibly skilled color artists we'd be happy to recommend!

What kind of airbrush makeup do you use?

-Our airbrush formula is a custom blend designed specifically for our brides. It is water based, water resistant and feels so light on the skin. We are able to get a range of coverage from our formula from a soft, powder finish to full corrective coverage.

Why aren't lashes and application an added cost?

-We build lashes into the cost of each application! Why? The simple answer is, we want you to wear them! Afterall, we are event artists! We can’t charge you extra for something we know will help enhance your photos and tie your makeup design together! We travel with a range of lashes from soft and natural to full speed ahead drama! Our artists will take the time to help you pick out the right lash for the moment!

Do I need a lip color on the big day for retouch?

-Every makeup application includes a lip color. Right now, we do this as an alternative to applying that lip color directly to the guest. We are doing our best to maintain policies that mitigate health risks to our clients and community. This is just one way we can protect the group we are working with and protect our team. And who DOESN’T love a complimentary lip color, anyway?
